Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn dance shoes back in their original Yami box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
